6. Refund Policy

7.0A Face++ Age Verification - Privacy First

Your privacy is our top priority during age verification:

• Zero Storage: Your facial photograph is NEVER stored on our servers. It is only processed temporarily.
• Temporary Processing: Your photo is sent directly to Face++ (AI provider), analyzed to estimate your age, and immediately deleted. We do NOT keep the image.
• What We Save:
  • Verification date
  • Result (verified yes/no)
  • Estimated age (approximate)
• What We DO NOT Save:
  • Facial identifiers or biometric features
  • Facial data or facial mappings
  • Facial images or photos
  • Persistent biometric information
• Third-Party Provider: Face++ is a trusted facial recognition provider. Their privacy policies are available at faceplusplus.com/privacy.
• Right to Alternatives: You can choose manual age confirmation without providing any photo.
• Your Control: You can delete your account anytime, and all associated data will be deleted per applicable law.

7.1 Data We Collect

• Identifiers (Telegram handle or other voluntary identifiers).
• Subscription status and membership type.
• Optional geolocation (only with your consent).
• Support communications.

7.2 Purpose

Claims must be brought individually; you waive the right to participate in class actions against PNPtv! Digital Community.
